Does statsmodels outperform sklearn using multinomial logistic regression?

In the past several days or weeks I have been brushing up on statsmodels because I am not as familiar with that library as I am with sklearn. Statsmodels started out as being part of the scipy library, but it eventually evolved into a separate library in its own right.
