How to use semi supervised learning to predict on partially labelled data in Python

I don’t write a lot about unsupervised or semi-supervised learning, primarily because Kaggle, a free data science website, does not cover it a lot. In fact, as far as I am aware, Kaggle has only had one supervised competition question and no semi-supervised competition questions.
