Homemade Chicken Alfredo
Seasoned chicken and noodles in a creamy sauce
Another of my favorite recipes, this is surely a crowd pleaser. No matter how much I make, it’s always devoured.
Homemade Chicken Alfredo, seasoned chicken and noodles in a creamy sauce. Why buy jarred alfredo sauce when it’s cheaper and tastes better made from scratch? But sometimes you just have to use a jarred sauce. I’m including a jarred Alfredo sauce hack to make it taste much better.
The picture above is the Chicken Alfredo-jarred sauce hack recipe. I usually make homemade, but the grocery store had a sale on their alfredo sauce. It was a good deal, so I bought 2 jars. Can’t pass up the sales!

Ingredients:
For the noodles:
8 ounces dry fettucine noodles. I also use either egg noodles (used in picture above) or penne pasta. It’s a matter of what kind of pasta you prefer.
For the chicken:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast. You can also use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store or left over baked chicken.
