Abstract: On September 24th, Wuxi Jingtum Network Technology Ltd. (“Jingtum Technology”) and the wholly-owned subsidiary of the First Institute of the Ministry of Public Security in Beijing, Anicert Technology Development Corp. Ltd. (“ Anicert”), signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the “Internet +” trusted identity authentication platform (CTID) service and establish a decentralized, trusted and secure digital identity system.

The “Internet +” Identity Authentication Platform

The “Internet+” trusted identity authentication platform (CTID) launched by Anicert uses the national statutory identity document as the foundation for the trusted identity authentication system to build a unified, secure and trusted identity authentication service system. The legal Identity Certificate issued by the Ministry of Public Security is the trusted source of identification by the State, which has strong legal authority and status over verification of personal status. The “Internet +” platform CTID achieves online identity authentication by issuing Resident Identity Online Certificate (referred to as “Network Certificate”) which maps uniquely to the legal Identity Certificate and is authenticated under the premise of not disclosing identity information.

Jingtum Technology’s identity authentication products are based on the decentralized digital identity platform of Jingtum’s public chain. Decentralized digital identity is essential for every Internet user and having decentralized identity not only means their privacy can be protected, but also data ownership by individual citizens is guaranteed. Jingtum Technology takes the lead in joining the decentralized identity of citizens with the trusted identity authentication platform of the Ministry of Public Security, providing decentralized, trusted and secure digital identity services for online applications as well as laying a solid foundation for subsequent blockchain applications.
