How to add (and transfer) MTU in Metamask and MyEtherWallet.
Metamask is a browser extension and MyEtherWallet is a web, based client which connects you directly to the Ethereum Blockchain.
In this article, we will illustrate following 2 processes:
- How to add MTU to your Ethereum wallet.
- How to transfer MTU to another Ethereum account.
Details of MTU ERC20 Token as follows will be used to add MoatUnits in your wallet:
- Address: 0x3c2e1591EC18352a19b7dB08B29A140752cEFD2B
- Symbol: MTU
- Decimals: 0

Metamask.
Add MTU to your Ethereum wallet.
From the left side bar in your Metamask extension, tap “Add Token” and then tap “Add custom token”.
Type the address, symbol and decimal of the token as stated above. Click “Next” and the token with your balance will be immediately reflected in your metamask extension.
Transfer MTU to Another Ethereum Account.
Fill up the details:
- From: Prefilled
- To: Your friends or family ETH address
- Amount: Number of MTU to transfer.
- Gas Fee: Make sure you the gas price is not more than 4 Gwei (it’s more than enough).
Shoot “Next”.
In a while, your MTU will be transferred to the targetted Ethereum Address as illustrated below.
It’s that simple and transparent. No middlemen and no delays. Tx added to an immutable public ledger (blockchain), forever.
MyEtherWallet.
Add MTU to your Ethereum wallet.
In the right side bar on MyEtherWallet website, check out for following little box and click “Add Custom Token”.
Fill up the details as stated earlier and click “Save”. The balance will instantly get reflected in your MyEtherWallet account.
Transfer MTU to Another Ethereum Account.
Select “Send Ether and Tokens” tab to initiate the process of transferring MTU.
Generate and Signed your Tx. Check out tx details on Etherscan link provided by MyEtherWallet.
