Mobie App Is Officially Live in the Apple App Store!!

We are incredibly proud to announce that over the weekend the Mobie App was officially accepted into the iOS App Store and users are already getting onboarded and finding great ways to shop and save using Mobie to spend their cash and crypto at retailers nationwide!

This is a tremendous milestone for us, and we would not be here without you; so first of all, thank you!

Updates about the Waitlist

• The Development team is currently releasing a fix to a KYC issue that caused some user's birthday inputs to be misread as errors, once this issue is resolved (expected tonight) we will continue welcoming in users from our waitlist to the app!
• Only users who have been notified that their email has been whitelisted should be attempting to log into the app, if you have not received an email from us, your credentials will not work at this time.
• We are still pacing for US full release around thanksgiving to kick off the holiday shopping list barring any major delays with user onboarding.
• To help us keep our timeline please make sure you are accurately following the below onboarding best practices

Tips for FAST ONBOARDING!

1. User needs to register during onboarding with a name and address that exactly matches the proof of ID and the proof of address
2. Proof of address needs to be a document within last 3 months that shows the user’s name and address that matches to registered user. Should be a full, in focus, and show user’s name, address, and a recent date
3. Phone number needs to be the users actual mobile number — burners or numbers not linked to user will fail KYC — we also use for OTP
4. User needs to complete 3 steps to get verified: 1: register to set up a user name. 2: ID verification — DOB, ID, POA, SSN. 3: connect a bank account. All three need to be completed to get verified and allow full functionality
5. User needs to agree to our use of data for tracking across app and website
6. Bank account linked must be a PERSONAL account in the name of the registered user — Business accounts will NOT link
