MobiFi 2022 Roadmap update

The roadmap is reviewed and updated with new team members joining the team to fit for the short-term and long-term future.

We have Jim Mac, ex-Philips, ex-Shell, ex-ESA, a LSE and Cambridge alumni joined as our CTO. Zixian Chen, a graduate from TU Delft, hackathon winner joined as UX/UI designer. 🤗 (We are still actively hiring! 👉 Drop us a message if you are a developer or know someone who wants to join us, link)

The ambition of 2022 is Growth

We define growth in three aspects: 1) Product — active users 2) Token — trading volume & Market cap 3) Community — contents & influence.

1)Product

As the product (MobiFi App) gets ready, we will kickoff invited beta and open beta in Q1, 2022. Although we seek growth, the team follows a “think big, act small” strategy to improve the app gradually.

More features will be added to the app to make it the best crypto finance app in the mobility space to solve people’s everyday needs. Hence, in Q2, we will finalize the sophisticated crypto rewarding system to make the mobility experience more financially engaged.

With improvements on the app’s quality and added features, we expect rapid growth of the users from Q2 and on.

In addition, from Q2 and on, depending on the team’s development capacity, the NFT badge development will start, and we will begin beta release in campaigns and selected regions.

More DeFi integrations will be added into the app starting from Q3; we have had several exciting conversations with our partners to integrate their newly launched service with MobiFi in the coming months.

Based on the reward system and NFT feature development, the $MoFi token will transform itself from just a reward token into the core of the MobiFi Game. (mobility + Finance). In Q4, we plan to add and improve some exciting metaverse features around the $MoFi token. The big privilege of holding MoFi token will be released.

2) Listing

The team has started several conversations with high-quality exchanges to magnify the app usage with more trading volume and activities. Our goal is to get listed on new exchanges before the end of Q2.
More listings are planned throughout the year; however, it depends on how the project goes and the market condition

3) Community

As a project that focuses on real-life use cases, the team clearly understands that everything we do must bring tangible business value but not just make noise. People all know that the noise will be forgotten, and the project becomes nothing after being forgotten.

Therefore, we will be following a content-first and community-driven strategy; together with planned marketing initiatives, we expect to grow the MobiFi community and user base organically.

A marketing plan is under development, including the events plan, campaigns, partnership, and new initiatives the team plans to bring to the project. Stay tuned.
