November was a month about user acquisition and firefighting on bugs and problems fixing 😂

We survived🫡

📦 Product

In November, the team released four app versions; we faced many challenges after moving to the mainnet. A big thank you to the product team, working day and night to add new features and fix bugs based on user feedback.

We fixed issues between Element marketplace and MobIFi app integration, which caused users cannot see the complete list of NFT and the correct status. We received feedback about confusion in how to use the app; thus, we added a task list to guide users during onboarding, and many bug fixes, whether our user reports it or we find it out ourselves. Due to the “attack” from some bots, we added Captcha to block bots (we removed it now, you will see it in the next release).

Feedback from Google Play Store
A glimpse of the feedback we received from our customers

Some highlights:

🐞There was a system glitch on Dec 3rd; user top-ups are not immediately recorded in the app, which causes users to continue to push the top-up button and end up with many unnecessary top-ups in their wallet.

🔧 We added more requirements for free NFT minting to prevent bots from abusing the system

🐞 Slow login due to fetching unnecessary backend info during login.

🔧 Added gamified task list to guide users onboard themselves after downloading the app.

🐞Fixing buy and selling NFT bugs for Metamask users.

One more thing that makes us feel great:

The team went to Ikea stores in the Netherlands and interviewed 30 people on their opinion of our app and their experience using our competitors’ apps. We know how important it is to get feedback from our users, and we will continue talking to them and building.💪

Next month:

🚀We will be supporting more payment options (e.g., visa and master card)

🚀Green cash-back to reward users for parking in green parking

🚀Social share feature to enable users to share their green parking with family and friends, which will integrate with the current referral program to let users share their referral link directly on social media.

🚀App performance enhancement via code refactoring

📢Marketing and community

The referral program has brought us hundreds of new users; however, it is still below our expectations. Therefore, the program will continue, and we will add enhancements to make the referral more attractive and easy to share.

The team has started working with a video content creation team in the Netherlands. The work has started. We will be delivering our first localized commercials soon. 👀

During November, the team has been invited to participate in one of the biggest mobility conferences in Amsterdam, i.e., The World Passenger Festival.

MobiFi CEO Yudi gave a talk in the startup village. We always enjoy the moment when all the folks from the traditional transport industry get amazed by what we do (with web3) to change the game in mobility😏.

🙋 We are looking for a marketing intern who can help us create content, mostly video content, who is based in the Netherlands. If you know any friends, please kindly refer them to us. 🙏 Therefore, more contents are on the way✅

The team is preparing some off-line Greenz Hunter events to gather all the Greenz Hunters in the Netherlands to meet each other and share how we can save money, make money, and, most importantly, travel more sustainably. More news to be released soon👀

In Summary

We are still facing big challenges in customer acquisition, just like many B2C startups. The team is working hard from the product and marketing sides to push it to the next level. We want to help people save money and travel more sustainably; let’s freaking GO!💪
