But COVID has accelerated the trend towards direct-to-consumer (D2C) commerce that many CPGs were exploring before the pandemic.

In this session, leaders from Coca-Cola will talk about some of the strategies they’re using to see their customers in the data — and use insights about customer behavior to profitably scale acquisition and retention efforts.
