The storytelling of Chill Out Web Tv — part 4
As the other team members have already mentioned, chill out web-tv is a community that provides creativity and young people’s ideas. Due to our inside observation of their work, we came up with some observation points and values as well. We had the chance to realize that the most important thing, in order to collaborate with each other, is trust. In this little community can anyone find out that trust among them is something that hardly is being built. Everyone feels member of the team in many different and various ways. Chill out web-tv provides honesty as well and lets its team members being part of the community by sharing free their opinion. They have the ability to create material twice a month helping them that way, feeling responsible with the community work. On the other hand, it’s not easy for someone to work in this young community. Every new member goes through casting in order to check if he or she is suitable for the position in chill out web-tv. All this venturing it looks to work really good if someone imagine that the collaborating project is being active about 8 months. In this community it’s all about values as well. The transmit news and informations are being managed through the team respect and the healthy team-work. Chill out web-tv manage to provide its members experiences and help them that way being optimistic, have trust to each and encourage their self confidence at the same time. The key to the community success is collaborating, socializing and hard work, because everyone know how hard it is for someone to come up with a weekly online tv project. It’s worth to mention again probably, that this whole project has the support of a big Greek tv channel “STAR channel”. The team is lucky enough because of this support, to be surrounded by people who help them use their equipment and have sponsors at the same time. Being is such a big channel it also helps them socialize even more and make the members of Chill out web-tv community feel like every week is a completely different experience.
