Six months after the FBI first said it was investigating the hack of the Democratic National Committee’s computer network, the bureau has still not requested access to the hacked servers, a DNC spokesman said. No US government entity has run an independent forensic analysis on the system, one US intelligence official told BuzzFeed News.
Well…what the hell is going on then? If what this — unnamed — intelligence source is saying is accurate, and we are single sourcing a non-government agency as the only information gathering entity in this investigation…what does that say about us?
The media is saying there have been 17 independent agencies confirming the hack. Did they all get their data from the same single point source?
