First, “Nobody”

CNBC reporting no one

I would venture to say most consumers would want to spend zero dollars on a new phone. That’s why Android based handsets are so popular.

But here is the good news:

iPhone red product offering

Even an iPhone 7 Plus (RED) with a quarter terra-byte of memory doesn’t cost a $G. So even if you did want to pay $1000 for an iPhone…you couldn’t. Not today.

Oh…but you protest that the context of what people won’t pay $1,000 dollars for is based on an iPhone that does not exist? The iPhone “8” you say?

Well, let’s wait to see what the iPhone 8 can do before we decide what people will pay to have it.
