Lightweight bug management with slack

With as many customers and hype Slack has now, almost anything they do will gather news. But last weeks announcement of emojis reactions attached to messages is very exciting. Not only its good for banter but I have figured out a way to use this as a lightweight bug management.

Everybody knows Jira sucks for bug management. Its not with the tool but the general idea of bug itself is time consuming, repetitive and boring. My workflow looks like this

WIth slack emojis, I can change this a bit and do this instead.
