Mind mapping for software testing

My wife introduced me to mind maps about 7 years ago with free mind and even from first, it seemed an efficient way to organize learning. But I have been ignoring this technique for a long time.
I got back into mind mapping after getting some inspiration from http://apps.testinsane.com/mindmaps/. Once I started doing this, I was finding utlity for this for all sorts of things including
- Test planning
- Test execution — creating artifacts, grouping questions
- Creating notes for meetings
- Telephone screens for hiring
- Blog and conference proposal ideas etc.
Here is one that I created for the reasons why this could be a useful tool for software testers
