Bear in mind that (now quicker than ever), Instagram is continuously adding and removing features. So, don’t worry, if you don’t have any of the features we mentioned, they’re coming on your way!

1. INSTAGRAM CHECKOUT:

After being checked among a limited number of partners, Instagram eventually declared that all qualifying companies and creator accounts in the USA that already have an Instagram shop are available for Instagram checkout.

Instagram checkout would make it easier for individuals, without leaving the app, to purchase just a few taps. And it comes as a more seamless and safe way for companies and developers to sell goods directly on Instagram and lower the cost while doing it.

For now, companies may use Commerce Manager to open an Instagram Shop with checkout, or eCommerce sites such as Shopify and BigCommerce.

You have a range of choices at your fingertips once you have your Instagram Shop-creators can tag your items in their posts, inform individuals of your upcoming launch and advertise your goods, and create real-time demand for your Live Shopping bid.

2. LIVE SHOPPING FOR PEOPLE TO DO REAL-TIME SHOPPING:

When it comes to online shopping, Instagram makes a big difference, and this time they went over and over with its new Live Shopping feature.

The process is very easy, with businesses and developers adding up to 30 items on live streaming from their range. They should pin the item they are talking about while going live so that viewers can get acquainted with its features. If they like it, users can tap it to access and purchase the product information page.

You can now check QR codes from any 3rd-party camera app capable of reading QR codes with the new update.

The main objective here is for companies to help users scan the code, open their Instagram account, and explore the items they sell, store data, or just follow the account of the company.

Follow these steps to incorporate QR codes to your marketing strategy:

· Open your Instagram account and go to your profile’s settings menu.

· Tap the QR Code choice and change the appearance of the code.

· Save and share the photo with your supporters

4. INSTAGRAM REELS:

Finally, the trending TikTok format is reacting to Instagram.

Instagram Reels are short, fun, animated 15-second videos that provide people with a great forum for expressing their creativity through music, animations, sounds, AR effects, emojis, and the like.

This function would certainly allow you to highlight the importance and exposure of what brings value, thus removing the spam comments in posts from their scope.

· First, make sure that you are using the new version of the Instagram app to add a message.

· Then, tap the comments section of an Instagram post that you want to control and display.

· When a comment you want to pin to the top is found, swipe to the left and tap the thumbtack (pin) button.

6. TO OFFER MORE CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT REVIEWS, REDESIGNED INSTAGRAM SHOPS:

Instagram has made it much easier for users to shop from brands and creators to reveal its new all-in-one Instagram Shop feature, as the pandemic surges and shopping online is no longer a choice, but a requirement.

This is a familiar feature we’ve all seen before. The difference is that the Explore tab of Instagram Shops is a new destination that not only allows users to discover the latest trends but also encourages them to preview new product releases or get even more tailored tips based on their interests.

Conclusion:

As you can see, Instagram has recently launched quite a few new features, from more sophisticated story features to more open IGTV posts to smoother block types. The medium for social media is continually changing, and it is always best to be conscious of it. Take note, until next time!
