MobileTopup now supports Alipay

Here is how to add credit to a Thai prepaid SIM with Alipay

Here at MobileTopup we’re looking to make life easier for more people. That’s why we’re proud to announce we now support China’s digital payment method Alipay (支付宝). Great news! For the 200 million active monthly users of the service, they will now be able to quickly topup a Thai prepaid phone.

Here’s how it works:

1) Enter a Thai Phone Number

Enter your the last 7 digits of a True Move, DTAC or AIS pre-paid phone number, and we’ll find the network.

2) Choose and amount of credit to add

Add 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 or 800 Baht worth of credit to your Thai phone. Make sure you add enough to cover the tax of your data package. Tax is 7% on top of what ever the price of the package might be.

3) Choose the Alipay payment method

You can choose the Alipay option from the list of payment choices.

4) Scan the QR Code for payment

Open your Alipay app or website and make payment from the your Alipay account. Payment will be in CNY.

5) Receive your topup!

After payment you’ll be back at MobileTopup and you will get an SMS on the phone number with an announcement of your balance.
