How To Top Up Your Mobilum Card with Crypto/Stablecoins

Step 1: Go to the Mobilum Pay application.

Step 2: Click on the 3 dots on the bottom right corner and go to ‘Your Deposit Addresses’

Step 3: Choose your blockchain.

For example, we‘ve chose Tron Network.

Step 4: Copy the generated deposit address.

Step 5: Go to your Cryptocurrency Wallet app.

Step 6: Paste the copied wallet address and choose your desired amount for the transfer and confirm it.

Important: Please be aware that Mobilum will immediately convert the cryptocurrencies that you deposit into Mobilum’s crypto deposit address to EUR/PLN/USD.

For e.g. you can deposit 1,000 USDT via Tron network into Mobilum Pay. However, the 1,000 USDT will be converted into EUR/USD/PLN at the time of deposit confirmation, based on Mobilum’s FX rate.

Step 7: On successful completion of the crypto transfer, you’ll receive an email to your registered ID with additional details.

Step 8: You will receive the link to the listed transaction.

Step 9: Go back to the app and refresh it. You will now be able to see the transfer under the ‘Latest transactions’ tab.

Step 10: Click on it to see the transaction details and the status.
