We are migrating to Delegate Registry V.2!

Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure that your Mocas are delegated correctly. Remember, $MOCA is tied to your Moca NFT so this is a very important step!

General rules of thumbs to ensure that your delegation is set up correctly:

1. Delegation must be done on Ethereum Mainnet. Delegation on other chains will not impact your delegation status)
2. There is only ONE active outgoing delegation for your NFT holding wallet
3. The delegation is directly from the NFT holding wallet to the desired hot wallet
4. The hot wallet that’s being delegated to does not have other outgoing delegations

If the conditions listed above are not met, your Mocas will not be correctly linked, which will affect your eligibility for giveaways, airdrops etc.

Check if all Mocas are correctly linked to Moca ID via delegated wallets:

Step 1: Visit https://www.mocaverse.xyz/user-board/my-nfts
Step 2: Check that all your Mocas are accounted for under “My NFTs”

If your Mocas are not showing up correctly in the dashboard, or you see an error message next to a connected wallet, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

If you encounter a “Delegation Issue Detected” error message, check your delegation settings & ensure that all your Mocas are correctly displayed

Step 1: Visit https://delegate.xyz/
Step 2: Copy your Moca holding wallet address and paste it into the search bar

Step 3: Once the drop down appears with the search result, click the “View” button next to the wallet address and you will be redirected to your Registry

Step 4: Check the right side to ensure that Registry V2 is selected
Step 5: Ensure the active delegation meets the following criteria:

1. There is only ONE active outgoing delegation for your NFT holding wallet
2. The delegation is directly from the NFT holding wallet to the desired hot wallet
3. The hot wallet that’s being delegated to does not have other outgoing delegations (To check, follow steps 1–5 with your hot wallet address)

In the case where delegation doesn’t match the above criteria, please revoke any additional delegation to ensure all NFTs can be correctly delegated.
