Kyle the Hooligan’s “On My Own” gets the visual treatment it deserves. Directed by MALI Put You On.

Kyle the Hooligan is a hip-hop artist/rapper that currently splits his time between New York City and Atlanta. With his nomadic lifestyle, he’s become influenced by a huge slate of different sounds. Falling somewhere between emo rap, trap, and alternative, he’s dropped quite a few bangers, with “On My Own” as one of our favorites. He samples the “Your Woman” by White Town, which has been featured in multiple films and is the same track Dua Lipa used for “Love Again”

However, Kyle the Hooligan took the sample in a different direction, collaborating with producer BĀ$$MØB to create a trap-influenced alternative hip-hop underground anthem. He uses heartfelt melodies to rap about his come up and how important it is to keep your circle tight. With direction by MALI Put You On, he was able to drop an accompanying visual for the standout single as well. Check it out below!
