Literally, you can’t miss them, because as you drive past every chain fast food place, every local restaurant, every store, everywhere in your town, these businesses are not highlighting their daily specials or sales on their physical or digital signage. No, they are advertising — more like pleading — for new workers. They are offering higher than ever starting pay….
