Millennials don’t need people telling them what to buy. According to Time, millennials prefer to take product advice from strangers rather than someone they know

2. Suits

Millennials don’t need a suit and tie to prove their legitimacy in the workplace. They are doing just fine in their casual work environments.

3. Wedding rings

Millennials aren’t running off the graduation stage straight to an altar. Their mentality not to settle and their memories of divorced parents are leading them to hold off on getting hitched.

4. Passive aggression

If you want something, ASK FOR IT! Just because you rave about how roomy the backseat is doesn’t mean someone picks up on your desire to sit in the passenger seat.

5. Paychecks

Ok, millennials clearly need paychecks. However, the need to climb the corporate ladder and rake in a bigger salary isn’t there. Millennials pursue their passion in hopes of a paycheck rather than the other way around

6. Biases

They don’t need people judging their relationships, race, or sexual orientation. Plain and simple.

7. Bud Light

Millennials aren’t looking for a cheap big name beer but rather a local brewery and a craft brew.

8. People thinking they are lazy

Stereotypically, the baby boomer generation thinks all millennials are Hipsters and living in their parents basements. In reality, millennials will have the highest purchasing power by 2017.

9. Savings accounts

Millennials would rather spend their money on experiences than let their money sit in an account.

10. People telling them what to do

Millennials may seem entitled, but in reality they don’t need their parents to tell them what to do because they saw their parents devote their lives to work and other things they refuse to.
