How modern leaders succeed by thinking with people — not for them
There are exciting things going on over at the publication Modern Leaders!
So far, there were inspirational writers writing about inspiration as a motivational factor, and where you can find that inspiration, how to use life experience as your source, how empathy has a lot to say in collaboration, and how things are changing over time, so it makes a lot of sense to keep your eyes, ears, and heart open to what’s going on and not lock yourself up on a certain way of thinking and acting.
There are stories about the past as inspiration, about our behavior as humans, considering topics like authenticity, integrity, mutual respect, loyalty, unity, camaraderie, and about both taking and seeking advice and inspiration, and how we can grow by looking at and learning from the examples of other people and the ways in which various things and events in society work.
Most recently, we have seen great contributions by Laura, John Ullmen, and Jason Perelson — inspiring me to think about this idea of making each other feel good, simply, by showing that we care for what other people need.
