At Modern Leadership, we strive for the highest standards of editorial content and are committed to creating a vibrant and inclusive learning community for anyone interested in leadership.

Modern Leadership ONLY publishes content on the topic of leadership. However, this need not be in the context of work or the world of business. If you are a coach, a volunteer, an organizer, or wherever you practice leadership we would love to hear your stories also.

Stories can take the form of instructional content, first-person essays, historical accounts of great leadership, or commentary/analysis of current events related to leadership. We are dedicated to keeping the content of the highest quality and, as the title suggests, decidedly Modern.

What Does Modern Mean Anyway?

What does Modern mean? It means content about leadership that addresses the unique dimensions of today's workplace; remote work, startups, the gig economy, flattened organizational structures, the effects of technology on the workplace, and a host of other emerging issues that affect leaders and workers daily lives.
