Why Aren’t More Dads Taking FFCRA Leave?

When Families First Coronavirus Recovery Act (FFCRA) went live, several women on my remote team immediately signed up to go on leave, myself included. After all, working from home with a small child is basically like trying to drive down a rush hour highway with a trapped bird flapping around in your car.
