July, with its fiery heart, invites us to celebrate freedom in its many forms. From the independence commemorated across the United States to the personal liberations we each experience in our sobriety journey, this month is a testament to the power of freedom gained, fought for, and cherished. At Modern Sobriety, we encourage our community to reflect on the freedoms we have discovered within ourselves through the journey of recovery.

As the sun blazes overhead, let it also ignite within us a desire to explore and express our thoughts, victories, struggles, and reflections. Here are some prompts designed to fan the flames of your creativity and to deepen your connection to the theme of freedom this July.
