If one thing is sure, it is that life is not linear. It’s unpredictable and sometimes chaotic, but it’s also worth the ride.

I remember being a single-digit age and spending entire afternoons getting lost in random books. I would lie on my bed and turn pages of books I’ve already read ten times. Hours used to fly without me even noticing it.

There is no doubt that reading can help us reduce our stress levels. One of the few studies on the topic linked reading to reducing anxiety, heart rate, and blood pressure.

Opening a book is like unlocking a hidden door to escape the world through our imagination. It personally helps me chase the fog away from my head.

I started to replace my bedtime endless phone scrolling with reading a few months ago, and I do not regret it. Any drama that happens during the day…
