A traumatic work experience can leave a bitter taste, leading to self-doubt and challenges to move forward. It can be hard to look away when staring into the abyss. You may feel left to collect all the broken pieces and attempt to rebuild what once was.

If you feel stuck riding the grief cycle and struggle to find the way out, do not lose your hope just yet. I was there, too, and I am here to pass on a key learning point that helped me recognise that the seemingly ground zero I stood at was genuinely a springboard for me to leap forward.
