Before you make a big fuss and tell me I’m pro-Russia, I’ll say right now that I hate Putin and condemn everything that dumbass is doing in Ukraine.

Now, let’s also stop for a moment to think about what the Ukrainian policy, the so-called “martial law,” is doing to its citizens. This totalitarian and chauvinistic law is forcing all men — humans born with a penis — between 18 and 60 to stay inside the country, take arms, and fight.

It is making civilians, who have never fought, who are not prepared, battle against one of the largest armies in the world.

It is throwing sons, brothers, fathers, and even grandfathers to certain death.

It is breaking up families in the name of an ideology where the man is clearly superior in strength and where women need to be protected.

A typical idea of a conservative society, where the man has to defend his family and his country just for being a man, while the woman, seen as weaker, needs to be protected.
