Wild & Free
A poem to all the wild and free beautiful souls out there. Keep your light shining, this world needs you.
You can’t hide
You were born to run wild
Like the sun of a November morning...
Your light is too much to fade
You can’t shrink yourself
You can’t live a half-life
You can’t put your dreams on a shelf
Life is now!
Life is out there...
Don’t grow cold! Dear, don’t grow old!
Your wings are too big to be put into a mold...
Be! Just be! & the world will adjust
By the end of the days... it’s the little things that last
Chase butterflies, walk barefoot, sing, fly…
The journey is the way!
And joy is not on the safe side...
You have to cross the river
Sometimes, burn bridges...
or maybe, break away...
To where you’re most alive
To where You can touch the sky
To where you don’t have to hide...
