Moeda was invited to the Investments and Partnerships for the Global Goals Summit
It’s been a year since Moeda was featured at the Bohemian national hall for the annual Innovative Solutions and Partnerships for the Global Goals summit, alongside with the 72nd Session of the UN General Assembly, where we presented our solution to issues related to financial inclusion and transparent impact investing. A year later, we have successfully launched our platform and garnered the funds for our first seed project online with MDA tokens from investors, and we are expecting to have the payback in 4 months with a premium of 10%. We have been working hard on developing our app, improving our business model, and building up new partnerships that could help us distribute impact and humanize finance worldwide.
This year, Moeda has been invited to the Investments and Partnerships for the Global Goals Summit, hosted by The Foundation for the Support of the United Nations (FSUN), alongside the opening of the 73rd Session of the UN General Assembly, and in celebration of the Global Goals Week 2018. The conference goal is to produce actionable solutions to important global issues, anchored around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that could be achieved with collaborations among world leaders, heads of states, celebrities, political leaders, business leaders, the diplomatic community, and civil society members.
FSUN is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) in General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 1996. It focuses on advocacy projects and campaigns in full support of achieving the SDGs of the United Nations by the year 2030. FSUN aims to bring together the world’s most diverse, inclusive and innovative ideas, inspiring global leaders to collectively pursue endeavors that embody the best of our human values.
Topics for discussion include impact investment, technology, women’s economic and political power, peace, urbanization, education, and inclusion. Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Media Steve Forbes commented that Moeda will revolutionize impact investing, making it a more transparent and easier process; and the results are easily evaluated with the blockchain technology.
