Web Progress

Last week was a productive one for the Web team. Tests performed on the production environment detected a few bugs that have been corrected. Improvements were also implemented in the Moeda Marketplace Backoffice. The sales page now allows each user to have their own view of sales for both the Marketplace and for Moeda Pay. There was also some work done on fixing the bugs related to transactions in Stellar.

The team continued work on setting up another major service that Moeda will release later this year: the Moeda Loyalty Program. This phase concentrates on coming up with the best structure for producing the Program, including transferring Azure functionality applications to a Node.js environment in order to understand and modify transactions to the specific needs of the Moeda Loyalty program. Tests were run successfully. The next step is to understand all of the logic involved in the calculation and confirm them.

Tweaks were also made to improve the speed of the service that pulls all Moeda Wallet transactions directly from the Blockchain Ethereum at a given interval of time.

As soon as the entire structure of the Moeda Loyalty Program is up and running at full strength, it will be transferred to a Hyperledger Fabric Composer so that the amounts in MDALOYAL can be calculated for specific months, transfers can be done, those who have already received the benefit can be controlled, and this data can be sown in the list of transactions on the site and in the Moeda app.

On top of that, the Web team made some progress on deploying the KYC options for corporate accounts in the Moeda platform. This week, the next steps include putting the final touches on the Moeda Loyalty Program in the Hyperledger, completing the Corporate to KYC account options in the Moeda platform, making further progress on the Moeda Marketplace, and providing improvements to the Moeda site and app.

Progress on Seed Projects

The Board of Sustainable Projects and Business submitted a study on Fintechs and digital accounts in Brazil that offers a comparison on rates charged and analyzes the Moeda credit service versus seven other credit Fintechs. This information will be studied in-house and will help in specifying the amounts and services that Moeda will offer in their digital accounts in order to combine competitive rates with quality in transactions.

At the same time, the team drew up the Privacy Policy documentation for the Moeda Marketplace. A proposal for a business partnership with the ADS (Solidarity Development Agency) was also created for our Marketplace.

A meeting was also held with an international consultant for solidarity finance to develop a methodology for working with community banks. The idea is to get a better understanding on how to improve work in the use of social technologies from revolving solidarity funds.

Moeda Releases

And the release of the week was the opening of the Seed Project Craft Beer Phase 2 . The Impact Investment is now available to investors throughout the globe. Invest to receive 10% in MDABRL in January 2020.
