This week the development team has been working through to complete Sprint 2 which concludes on Monday the 20th. While the focus last week was on the login flow, this week the team has been dedicating their time to completing the initial profile setup screen and form as well as creating the project summary screen for a user to view the seed projects. The team will conclude this sprint’s work by finishing up the integration with the Mooti ID elements and finalize integration with Moeda server endpoints.
We worked with the Brazil local team to begin clarifying payment authorization at the user level, and the oversight needs of the cooperative.
Planned Sprint 3 will focus on two areas:
User KYC / AML validation and wallet activation process.
Seed Project detail listing, updating, and administration.

Pablo, Project Manager in Brazil, confirmed that two projects were chosen, out of the 17! The final announcement of selected seed projects will be announced together on 12/10 in Brazil jointly with Unicafes, one of the largest Co-op Unions in Brazil.

Marcio Oliveira Silva, faculty member at one of the world’s top 5 design schools — Parsons School of Design — has joined Moeda! He arrived in Brazil and began our Round 2 of on-the-ground UX research!

The development team will present the Sprint 2: Show & Tell.
We’ll finalize screens and flows for Sprint 3, scheduled to begin November 27.
Marcio will continue UX research in Brazil.
Product and Ops teams will work on licensing and integration agreements with Cresol for KYC, payments, and lending.
