Board of Sustainable Projects and Business

The team worked intensively on planning the goals and tasks for 2020 and have also defined some priorities.

The team also organized and participated in the WG meeting of the Regional Campaign 2019 — Rural Women, Women with Rights, whose agenda was the CONTEST: Innovate to change: the autonomy of #RuralWomen and their contribution to reducing poverty and food insecurity. During the meeting, some theme proposals for the 2020 campaign were made by our team. The contest entries have been extended to January 31, 2020, and a jury to evaluate the projects submitted were also created during the occasion. The next steps involve reviewing evaluation criteria and scoring of the submitted proposals, creating an online evaluation form, holding a meeting to organize the work of the jury, and evaluating the proposals that were submitted.

Commercialization

The sales team has been working hard to organize processes for the export of Brazil nuts, such as:

• Building an initial Income Statement

• Research and collection of material on the export of Brazil nuts and its international market

• Research on export payment solutions

• Organization of the process of exporting nuts to China and

• Gathering the necessary basic documentation.

Technology

1. Moeda Seeds Platform

1.1 Mapping errors related to Acesso’s API

Tweaks were made to better answer those backend replies to provide a clearer message to end-users every time they come across an error when activating, requesting or recharging their Moeda Card.

1.2 Handling specifications and errors

Some improvements were implemented to the error messages sent by users about the Moeda Card features.

2. Moeda App — Card Features

2.1 Ubuntu environment Stabilization

3. Moeda’s technical planning — Defining a roadmap and priorities

We set some priorities and the timeline for the technical development that will happen this semester with Taynaah.

Next steps:

• Moeda App: move forward with the implementation of its features

• Moeda Platform: update account segmentation and taxes for MDA and MDABRL

• Moeda Card: edit user data

• MoedaPay: replace PayPal for CieloPay

• Moeda Tech Tools: continue working on the software version, distribute the respective accesses and set interaction flows

Communications

The team worked on the creation of social media posts with a focus on the:

  1. Dissemination of Moeda Accounts’ creation in Ceara, Brazil

2. Diffusion of an interview that Taynaah gave to #TribunaRural TV program, which will be broadcast in February on Band DF + Clima Tempo Tv channels

3. Dissemination of the Deadline for entering the Rural Women Campaign Contest + WhatsApp Content Creation

The team also changed all Moeda social networks covers, designed the Rural Women Campaign last posts, created a new signature for the videos that are being scripted, took photos of some Moeda products and the interview with our CEO, Taynaah Reis, created new gifs and produced a report on the Moeda/Accesso account activation campaign and another one for the #RuralWomen meeting.

Next steps:

1. Preparation of a Workflow on Account Activation Events in partnership with the Project Team
