Technology Progress
Last week, the tech team performed several fixes and enhancements to Moeda’s platform. They have manually adjusted some protocol issues and have fixed some currency conversion issues in the MDA Wallet. What’s more, they have made some revisions to the translation issues in our 3 languages along with a thorough revision of the site to detect minor bugs.
The team also carried out several tests on the Moeda Marketplace platform. The goal was to make sure everything was working properly.
Testing and corrections on all Moeda tools will continue to happen during this week.
Blockchain Progress
The Blockchain team focused on the Moeda Seeds App. Code updates were made so that the APK file meets the new Play Store rules — it is now mandatory for all the apps there to support 64-bit versions.
Improvements have also been made to the Moeda Marketplace. They have concluded the adjustment environment that will integrate the Logistics APIs.
This week, the goal is to analyze the integration of Moeda platforms APIs and prepare Ethereum integrations for new impact investments.
Progress on Seed Projects
The team made some improvements to the mobile version of the Financial and Economic Feasibility Study tool.
On top of that, they had some conversations with ADS / Solidarity Connection about marketplaces and they also suggested some names of organizations that have the potential to close partnerships with Moeda.
Moeda’s technical team held a meeting with the General Coordination of Inovacerrado Network, which aims to create an innovation network in the Federal District area (Brazil). Moeda’s CEO has ratified some items that were submitted, including:
• Use of Moeda’s Digital Account throughout the InovaCerrado Network ecosystem
• Creation of a workshop on Blockchain with a focus on Social Impact
• Moeda’s products should be present in all 16 events that will be developed by InovaCerrado Network.
The next task involves devising a methodological and descriptive proposal of the partnership actions that will be presented to the other participants.
What’s more, the team also visited the State of Goiás to start conversations with some players such as the Secretariat of Industry and Commerce, the Legislative Assembly and some production and commercialization cooperatives. Both civil society and the Legislative and Executive authorities showed interest in Moeda’s tools and services as well as forming partnerships with us. Moeda was also invited to participate in the Entrepreneur Gathering — an activity aimed at fostering innovation among urban and rural entrepreneurs. At the event, Moeda will present the lecture “Acceleration and Impact on Sustainable Business.”

Moeda participated in the Winds for Future Summit with an exclusive exhibition booth, a new version of the Cold Brew 5 O’Coffee — with bergamot flavor — and a lecture given by our CEO, who also participated in kite surfing activities. Some new opportunities were created during the event and all teams are starting to work on them this week.
