Web Progress
This week, the frontend team solved a problem in the password reset process inside Moeda’s site — which is now running smoothly. We’re currently working on some content updates.
In parallel, the backend team implemented the new deposit and withdrawal screens. As a result, we have started building our digital account system. After this task is completed, we will be able to offer financial services to those who have little access to traditional banks. Moeda will also be able to offer the general public some hybrid banking services that will add “fiat” and digital currencies. With this new feature, clients will create impact every time a new action is carried out. This is the path that will turn us into an “Impact Bank”. The next task is to continue developing deposits and withdrawals screens in fiat money.
Regarding Moeda’s Marketplace, we’ve released some new screen layouts for the mobile version of the site.
Blockchain Progress
The team carried out the migration of the Auth Database which, in addition to other improvements, enables new security alternatives for operations on the Moeda’s site.
Regarding Moeda’s Marketplace, our team members are working on an update that will offer buyers a new option when making payments: the new MoedaPay. This is another payment option on top of the other ones that are currently available (MDA, MDABRL, Credit Card, PayPal)
Seed Project Progress
Moeda Seeds Acceleration Program’s team concluded the definition of the business rules for offering micro and nano-credit — which will be soon available. They have also completed a roadmap of the Seed Projects’ volume scale that will be contracted by the end of 2019. These details will be shared soon — stay tuned.
Communication Progress
Last week, Moeda debuted a series called “Glossary”. It has the purpose of presenting to an audience that is less familiarised with crypto and Blockchain worlds some current terms of our day-to-day work.
