In today’s digital world, a user’s control over the interaction is limited by the design features of the network. By nature, it is not dynamic enough to support the real-time needs of an interaction. This makes the Value delivered to the user to be gross without catering to the specific privacy, security and performance needs of a user.

Values transferred in real-life interactions are multi-dimensional and not just economic. Know more about Value in human Interaction. Also, Value transfers in real-life interactions are peer-to-peer (person-to-person) and so Personal. It is also intrinsic that Value generated in the interaction depends on the preferences of the user/Participant. Current networks are not able to natively facilitate them because of their systemic nature, as users are not a foundational design paradigm of digital networks.

So, we need a network resource which Identifies and structures the participant preferences based on their interaction behaviour in the network. MOI achieves this through the definition of Context which acts as an intermediary in interaction and resolves itself using Digital Observer.

Figure 1

MOI Id is a protocol representation of the Digital Observer which leverages real-life behaviours like Birth, Growth, Sustain and Death (see Figure 1)

In real life, the growth of an individual depends on their behaviour in the environment, geographical conditions and social relationships with family and peers. Similarly, the Digital Observer’s growth is dependent on the network induced behaviour, topological conditions, and peers (recipient’s behaviour) with whom participant interacts.

So YES, MOI id is not another Identity but it’s Digital representation of YOU.
