Basics 101: Creating a Shipment on the Moichor Portal

Now that all of your samples are packaged and created on portal.moichor.com, this article will guide you though the process of creating FedEx Overnight Shipping Label in four easy steps!

In addition to this, you can request additional supplies through the Logistics tab, too.

Step 1: Navigate to the Logistics Tab.

To start creating a shipment, navigate to the Logistics tab in the sidebar.

Step 2: Click Samples

Click the Samples tab, and click Get Sample Shipping Label on the top right.

Step 3: Select which tests to ship

After clicking Get Samples Shipping Label, select which created tests you want to ship. Then click Confirm Request. An order should be generated!

Step 4: Print Shipping Label

After the order is generated, click the Reprint Label button. A pop-up should have the sample manifest list and a FedEx shipping label. Print the manifest and the FedEx Shipping Label.

That’s it! Include the sample manifest list in the FedEx Pak, affix the label onto the FedEx Pak Provided and a FedEx Pickup will come automatically.

The tracking number and status are provided on the portal, too.

Request Supplies

If you want to request supplies, instead of clicking the samples tab, click the Supplies tab.

Click Request Supplies, and confirm the address and that’s it!
