No alarm clock needed

How we create our remote team culture

Besides creating adventures — freedom is super important to us. What does this mean? Well, for example, everyone can decide when they would like to work.

I believe people in the right environment can make those decisions themselves. And that this freedom will make every individu happier.

And that is our only goal, making people happy.

The goal is not to become the best agency in the world, or having 200 employees or reaching 10 million dollars in profit.

We mostly focus on scaling happiness. This sounds cheesy, but the journey towards this goal is quite hard, to be honest.

For example, in the past, we decided to fire some clients. Some of them were responsible for a big part of our revenue.

But they where hijacking us. These clients decided how we should spend our time. And that is in direct contrast with our primary goal: creating freedom.

Everyone can choose how late they want to wake up, no alarm clock needed.

I have a big smile when I see a co-worker playing golf on a random Friday at 11 am.

Once you sense this feeling of freedom, you will be more present and create better solutions.
