A Curated Origin Series:

Our love for chocolate started with our Farming initiatives in Cameroon and our passionate efforts come to fruition with the Launch of our Cameroon bar at our NYC pop up. In November 2019, America’s serious craft chocolate fans got an exclusive preview of Moka Origin’s Africa Origin series through Cocoeclectic — a curated monthly craft chocolate subscription service.

The nuanced flavors from our Single Origin Series highlight the meticulous production and roasting efforts that are integral to our craft. Before we unveil this collection to the public, we wanted to invite Moka Fans and New York City’s craft chocolate enthusiasts to truly experience these bars.

And Learn Bean to Bar Chocolate Appreciation:

A member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association, International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting and certified chocolate maker from the prestigious Ecole Chocolat, Glenn Petriello teaches chocolate enthusiasts how to taste unique chocolate and discover how we can positively impact the industry together.

Experience chocolate with a two-hour guided tour through the flavor nuances of chocolate in which you’ll learn how best to taste it, pair it and discern the distinctive flavors of fine cocoa from Moka’s meticulously sourced Africa Origin Series.
