Down South, we like our sweets rich, soulful, and filled with tradition. But sometimes tradition needs a night out. That’s how these Midnight Maple Bourbon Pralines were born — out of the desire for something a little smoky, a little bold, and without the need to stand over a hot stove with a candy thermometer.

This no-bake version on classic Southern pralines combines the buttery crunch of toasted pecans with the warmth of real maple syrup, a dash of smooth Kentucky bourbon, and just enough sea salt to keep you coming back for one more. Oh, and did I mention? They come together in 20 minutes flat, no oven (or candy thermometer) needed.

These sweets are perfect for late-night cravings, dinner parties, picnics or grown up edible gifts.
