Austria is Banning ‘Political Islam’ After Terror Attack
New laws will target Jihadist and ISIS sympathisers.

After the terror attack in Vienna last week, Australian Government officials will pass a law making it illegal to spread “political Islam” within the country.
Austria's capital, Vienna, was victim of an attack last week when a lone gunman shot and killed 4 people and injured 23 others during the attack. The attacker, 20 year old Kjtim Fejzullai, was an ISIS sympathiser.
In the aftermath of the attack, Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz announced new measures that would make preaching ‘political Islam’ a criminal offence.
The chancellor announced these measures on twitter:
We will create a criminal offence called ‘political Islam’ in order to be able to take action against those who are not terrorists themselves, but who create the breeding ground for them.
The French government however, have not put forth any policy to help combat the rise of Radical Islam.
Parliament will be voting on a new law next month, which would see individual convicted of terror offences kept behind bars for life.
