For the past several years a man by the name Chris Quiroga been sourcing stone fruit from Masumoto Farms and swaying breweries such as Dionysios Brewing, Homage Brewing, The Lost Abbey, Monkish Brewing, Cellador Ales and The Rare Barrel to make some of the best fruited sours on the market.
During this weekend a group of friends meet for a day of harvest and a shared excitement for future beers they will be producing with this years’ batch.
