I know that’s ultimately what you want — you just want to be loved deeply, unconditionally, profoundly, and for who you actually are. I’m here to tell you, that’s what I already do— I need no further instruction, no further requests, I need no more incentive; I’ve already worked those things out on my own. I want you to know that you’re not walking into something that you have no way out of — I’d never back you into a corner or attempt to force you into something that wasn’t desirable for you.

We’re like two children playing, you and I, running through our neighborhood on a crisp and sunny Spring day, glancing at all of the beautiful artifacts of nature’s splendid scenery, absorbing the clean air through our mouths and noses, feeling the dampness of the morning dew upon our skin, breathing in the delicate smell of freshly cut grass, dreaming of lives which will never come to an end — and should you ever choose a different path, deciding that you no longer wish to run this course of life with me, I will have enjoyed this time we shared together, in the understanding that on a long enough timeframe, all things are temporary — and will then bid you ado; but I will forever want to run with you.
