On the napkin I traced your outline.
Delicate prints with every shading from my pen — imprinted.

Mental images of you dancing, outlined in your summer dress.
I’m hoping to get a glimpse of your virtue.

You’re worried that I’ll hurt you.
Words, your close friend expressed.

But if you could feel the intensity of my beating heart.
Then you would notice the good intent emanating from my chest.

Eyes locked, soul gazing.
Pen shading.
And to think, I’ve barely even noticed your breasts.

I am so nervous.
