Leaders don’t make followers

If you want to be a leader- in any field in your life- don’t make followers. Create leaders!

Reason #1

You will learn so much more in sharing your craft/skills than you will in hiding them in the fear that no one can else should be better than you. If your skills benefit no one other than you, they will reduce over time. While if they help even one person who is not you, they begin to multiply manifold. Try it out for yourself.

Reason #2

When you lead to have followers, it becomes very hard to not get trapped by all the praise and awe you might receive. But when you lead to create leaders, you will develop a group that not only inspires each other but also becomes a source of motivation for you
