One big network

Monday Morning Musings

I am writing after a long long time. I mean I have written captions and some other stuff but this long format ‘Monday Morning Musings’ type of an essay- after a long time. And this has definitely been inspired by Pious writing his blog with such involvement- The Scenic Route.

I keep saying we are all one. It’s all connected. One big network. Many manifestations of it. In fact, that is the living experience that I crave. That is one of the main reasons for living this ‘spiritual life’ that I do. Why limit what I can experience when I have the possibility to experience all that is. All that is me. And all that is you.

I try to share with friends who are interested or my clients/seekers who choose to work with me examples from my life experiences, meditations and ancient wisdom texts with the idea that more and more people will realise this. We will all be more aware, conscious. And to somebody like me that seems really like the end of all problems. End of misery. But not just that- it will also be the start of a joyous celebration of life and no one would be left out. Selfishly, I do this so I won’t have to deal with having conversations that feel limiting or mourn over missed possibilities. And mainly that I will have a role to play, as tiny as it may be, in helping human beings realise the amazing powerhouse that is each one of us.

Therefore, what I am going to attempt to do below is list examples that most of us today might be able to relate to which would kind of lean you into believing that is all actually one. I’ll try. I would request the reader though to not just read and move on. But to read with focus, think about it a little and then see how it assimilates within you.

So here we go:

  • During festivals we say the excitement or joy is just in the air. It feels like Diwali or Holi time to all.
  • Same with cricket matches or movies or any big events. There is a feeling of unity.
  • As habitants of this world, we have some shared desires- food, sleep, safety..
  • A deep breath that makes you go deeper into you, making each and everyone of us feel lighter. Try it now.
  • Music is Universal language that we all relate to.
  • So are games- all children have an inherent desire to play. You don’t teach it to them.
  • We all appreciate being taken care of and truth be told we all like to be helpful to others
  • Gut feelings/Intuition- we all have. And some times no matter how hard we try, we can’t ignore them
  • And who here doesn’t love being loved?

And lastly, we were all children once and knew this inherently. It might be time to remember :)

Love and Light,

Chetna
