Thinking Outcomes

Reacting to a situation comes very naturally to human beings.

Reactions can be impulsive and without much thought.

What would help is thinking about the outcome we are hoping for before reacting.

For example, if you want someone to treat you with respect; reacting rudely to a situation where they don’t is unlikely to get the impact you want. Rather think of the outcome and follow a thought-out path to your destination.

Thinking of the outcome you desire, before reacting also helps you have fewer regrets. It’s true!
