Note: In bold are the income streams I detail in my book. An asterisks indicate more income streams I’ve built or attempted over the years.
You might argue some of these are not passive income. You might be right. But consider I tried to think of ideas based on my definition of passive income:
Passive Income is earning a disproportionate amount of income for the time and effort put in.
For example, you might say Coaching 1:1 is trading time for money, but that depends on how much you charge. Paid marketing costs money but you can double, triple, or 10x your spend it if done right.
Think about how you can outsource work. Think about how you can automate processes and systems. Can you leverage AI? What can you build that has no cost of replication (think digital products)? Can you charge more for your products or services?
