Reusing failed strategies makes me furious; once someone has chosen a predictable, failed path, I cannot unsee it.
Yes, there is a danger in allowing the nattering nabobs of negativism to win the day. However, over time, I’ve learned to love people who sound the alarm in organizations because they see something the rest don’t: the difference between goals and strategies.
