How I Lost Everything Buying Virtual Land in the Metaverse
Learn from my mistakes, so it doesn’t happen to you too
If you know anything about me, then you know I’m a genius. Look up the word “genius” on Wikipedia and you’ll see my picture.
But even the world’s most remarkable geniuses miss the mark sometimes.
Just ask Thomas Edison.
Edison failed 1,000 times before he finally invented the light bulb. I’m not sure what his success rate was after that, but I’m sure he chalked up many more failures after he gave light to the world.
The point is, even the smartest people make mistakes. And I made a whopper of a mistake when I invested in the Metaverse.
For those of you who don’t know… the Metaverse is a virtual world where people interact with other players using 3D avatars.
It’s like the good old days of the Internet, but instead of websites and porn, there are interactive worlds. And get this. You can actually walk around and talk to players in the Metaverse.
Some experts believe the Metaverse will replace the Internet. I’m not sure if that prediction will come true, but I know one thing.
